The location was decent. It was close to the train station.
The lack of air conditioning was a real issue. It made sleeping difficult. the breakfast, while included, wasn't great. There wasn't much i wanted to eat. plus, the hotel looked a bit dated.

The location is convenient for accessing the city center.
I was pretty annoyed that the mattresses kept sliding off the beds. Our room was never cleaned during our three-night stay. The lack of air conditioning was a problem since it was 32°C, so we struggled to sleep, even with a fan. The breakfast was too average, so we opted to eat elsewhere.

The location was amazing! I was near the central station. many metro and tram stops were nearby. The breakfast was excellent, I found so many choices that were fresh and delicious. I was very pleased with the friendly staff and quick, easy check-in.
My room needed an upgrade! I noticed the dispensers in the washroom were difficult to use. I think the hotel could improve the comfort and functionality of the bathrooms.
